This place was excellent for us for our family beach vacation with our dog. Close enough to everything we wanted to do within 20 minutes or much less drive: St. Augustine downtown, Aligator Farm, Beaches. Even though the place is a walk away to the beach, we always bring too much stuff. We never had any trouble parking in mid-July at any of the beach parking lots that were close by (there were like 6 different ones or more within 10 minutes), so we hit up different spots along Vilano Beach throughout our stay. Our dog loved the place, the neighboorhood was very walkable, and the backyard was adequate. Could probably use a bit better grass in the backyard, but it wasn't that big of an issue, our dog is a bit picky about that. Great place and would rent again if we head back to the area!

This house was perfect for our group of seven 12 year old basketball players and two adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kids had a blast at the pool and the neighborhood was lovely for a (flat! hot!) morning run. We’d stay there again if we come back.

We had a great stay! The location was excellent - close to good restaurants, the beach, and in a safe neighborhood. The house was spotless and felt like home, with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the soothing music playing when we arrived - it was such a welcoming touch. Would definitely recommend!

Lipsy was a great host from the start to the finish of our reservation! She provided clear instructions that allowed for an easy, relaxing stay. When our group left an item behind, she went above and beyond offering to send the item back. My team and I were very happy here and would highly recommend for your next stay in Jacksonville!

Lipsy's place was Amazing! The house was very clean and it looked just like the photos! She was a very responsive host and she assisted us with our need for an earlier check-in!! Thank you for a great stay!!

The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was great. We had plenty of space. The backyard was really nice. The pool was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be coming back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Lipsy's place! The house had a great set up for family fellowship, and Lipsy was quick to respond to every question or need that we had. The location was very convenient to local Riverside restaurants and shops, which was a very nice plus. The house was spacious, very clean, and included parking for two cars in the driveway. We felt right at home, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Summer Spot! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen and bathrooms were pristine, and every detail was clearly thought out. Lipsy was an amazing host—very responsive, kind, and helpful from beginning to end. The location was also great, just a short drive to the beach and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine!
