➢GUESTS WHO WILL BOOK SHOULD BE 25 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE. IN CASE WE DISCOVER THAT YOU ARE BELOW THE AGE REQUIREMENT, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION. ➢This listing is pet-friendly-Due to cat allergies, please refrain from bringing cats. ➢ ALL hours are quiet hours, please be respectful of neighbors ➢ *No parties allowed on site* ➢Strictly no smoking inside the property! Penalty: $3000 ➢Cars on the street will be towed at guest expense. ➢ After 4 guests, we charge $15 per person, per night. ➢ If there are any undisclosed guests,we can terminate the reservation right away without a refund for violating our house rules, and there will be a $500 fine per undisclosed person. ➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy ➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible. ➢ Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. Stayed here a few days and loved it one of the best Airbnb I have too , super clean quiet neighborhood freshly clean smelled amazing . The bed just did make so much noise was the only down fall ever toss and turn . Besides that everything was perfect definitely will stay here again

This home was the perfect home to celebrate my daughter 10th birthday. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t need to bother for any extras for anything. We only needed to get the groceries we needed and everything else the home had. The host was so responsive with everything even before we got there. She even accommodated a late check out and we are so grateful for that as we got much needed rest. The kids loved the pool even with them having to clean it out due to the leaves and bugs but they didn’t mind and it was due to the surrounding trees. Overall the house was amazing and we would def book again when in area.
