The pool heater operates during preset pool pump periods, as recommended by our pool manager. The pump does not run continuously. Failure to meet this requirement may result in reservation termination. Quiet Hours: ALL hours are quiet hours. Please respect our neighbors at all times. No Parties: Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings allowed. Undisclosed Guests: Failure to register guests will result in a $500 fine per person and immediate reservation termination without a refund. 🚭 Smoking & Parking - Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the property. - Fine: Indoor smoking results in a severe $3,000 penalty. - Smoking is permitted outside only. Parking: Do not park cars on the street—they will be towed at the guest's expense. 🚫 Pool Equipment Tampering Policy. To ensure the safety and continuous operation of the pool system, strict adherence to the following rule is required: DO NOT remove, alter, or tamper with any pool monitoring, cleaning, or heating devices (e.g., pumps, controls, skimmer baskets). FINE FOR TAMPERING: If tampering with the pool equipment causes a malfunction and requires an emergency maintenance call, a mandatory fine of $500 will be charged to the reservation holder. Should you require any assistance with the pool or its operation, please message us immediately. 🐾 Pet Policy (Dogs Only) - Due to severe allergies, we only allow dogs. Cats are strictly prohibited. - Please advise us if you are bringing a dog. - Pet Fee: Applies per pet: $25/day, $150/week, or $300/month. Pet Restrictions: - No pets on furniture, beds, or in the pool. - Crating: Pets must be crated when left alone at the property. - Cleanup: Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately from the yard/property. - Dogs over 25 lbs require prior verification and approval. *Restricted Breeds: Bully breeds are not allowed.* - Fines: Undisclosed pets result in a $500 charge.
