Absolutely loved this place!! It is very private and beautiful. No issues whatsoever especially with such a great host! Quick responses, very kind, even offered extra discounted nights! I could not ask for a better experience for my first booking on Airbnb. Everyone loved it from my brothers to my mom who might even book due to such a nice and private pool! 5 stars is an understatement in rating for this luxurious property

Our vacation was perfect thanks to Lipsy’s. Not only was her home beautiful, clean, and in a perfect spot in town but she was perfect from start to finish. I had made this a surprise for my Wife for Mother’s Day and didn’t realize that we had to pick up our oldest daughter from her class trip at 1:30am Saturday morning which meant that I had paid for Friday for nothing but she hooked us up with a late check out to give us the time back which she defiantly didn’t have to do and I was not expecting it! If anyone is reading this and wants to stay at a perfect spot in St Augustine I highly recommend Lipsy’s home we had the perfect weekend thanks to her.

Amazing stay! Close to everything - beach - grocery store - pier - downtown! We loved being so centrally located. Everything as described in the listing and really enjoyed the property. Loved the extras especially the wagon! Made it easy to tote just about everything to the pier etc. The property was super clean / spacious / and cozy. Thinking about our next trip to Florida and staying here again! Experience was great and communication lightning fast! Thanks for making it a memorable no hitch moment for our vacation!

Lipsy had a wonderful place with a heated pool. The place was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. Communication was great, and we appreciated the security alarm system as well. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with no problems at all. The bathroom shower was really nice, the property was well kept and trimmed, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. Everything felt tidy and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others visiting St. Augustine.

The house is beautiful and it was perfect for our family to stay in. We are thankful we found this house stay in for spring break! The house is comfortable and it was nice having all the things you need in the kitchens. And there was even coffee, filters, cream and sugar to have every morning- so nice! We definitely recommend staying here if you need a place to stay in St. Augustine Beach!

Great host! The home was lovely, clean, spacious and easy to find. Lipsy went above and beyond and was extremely friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with!
