➢GUESTS WHO WILL BOOK SHOULD BE 25 YEARS OLD AND ABOVE. IN CASE WE DISCOVER THAT YOU ARE BELOW THE AGE REQUIREMENT, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION. ➢This listing is pet-friendly-Due to cat allergies, please refrain from bringing cats. ➢ ALL hours are quiet hours, please be respectful of neighbors ➢ *No parties allowed on site* ➢Strictly no smoking inside the property! Penalty: $3000 ➢Cars on the street will be towed at guest expense. ➢ After 4 guests, we charge $15 per person, per night. ➢ If there are any undisclosed guests,we can terminate the reservation right away without a refund for violating our house rules, and there will be a $500 fine per undisclosed person. ➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy ➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible. ➢ Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. This was a great stay! My whole family of 10 was coming in town and there was more than enough room for everyone. Very clean kitchen and bathrooms. The only issue was that the water pressure was low in the back house shower, but everything else matched the description. Would stay again!
