This lovingly and meticulously restored property is fit for purpose as a professionally decorated, bright, and spacious two-story listing from which to enjoy the premier amenities nearby or attractions yonder. Contemporary furnishings offer comfort for returning shoppers and a fully stocked kitchen supplies the tools to prepare home-cooked meals away from home. Due to the antique wooden floors, which require particular care, we only accept pets less than 25 lbs in weight. Parking: Maximum of 3 cars can fit. *There is absolutely no gatherings, events, or parties allowed at the property

Lipsy was a great host from the start to the finish of our reservation! She provided clear instructions that allowed for an easy, relaxing stay. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Lipsy's place! The house had a great set up for family fellowship, and Lipsy was quick to respond to every question or need that we had. The location was very convenient to local Riverside restaurants and shops, which was a very nice plus. The house was spacious, very clean, and included parking for two cars in the driveway. We felt right at home, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
