Lipsy was a great host from the start to the finish of our reservation! She provided clear instructions that allowed for an easy, relaxing stay. When our group left an item behind, she went above and beyond offering to send the item back. My team and I were very happy here and would highly recommend for your next stay in Jacksonville!

The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was great. We had plenty of space. The backyard was really nice. The pool was the icing on the cake! We will definitely be coming back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Lipsy's place! The house had a great set up for family fellowship, and Lipsy was quick to respond to every question or need that we had. The location was very convenient to local Riverside restaurants and shops, which was a very nice plus. The house was spacious, very clean, and included parking for two cars in the driveway. We felt right at home, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Summer Spot! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen and bathrooms were pristine, and every detail was clearly thought out. Lipsy was an amazing host—very responsive, kind, and helpful from beginning to end. The location was also great, just a short drive to the beach and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this very homey house. It’s very specious and clean and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing at the nearby dock. I highly recommend staying here.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY My husband and I booked this home for our 44th wedding anniversary. The place was clean and beautiful with a pool and just steps to the beach. It is also close to the St.AUGUSTINE historic district where we had great meals & shopping. There are bikes close by to rent also. Beach towels and chairs were also provided. Everything was so immaculate and organised. All amenities were perfect & thoughtfully included. The owner answered all our questions immediately and was so nice. We will definitely book again. We loved it for a relaxing 6 days!!! Thank you Lipsy! We will definitely return someday…

We loved our stay! The location was ideal—less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, and yet we were in a peaceful neighborhood. We were also within a short driving distance to top restaurants and attractions in both Vilano Beach and Saint Augustine. The home itself was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked, we especially loved the coffee station for morning routines and the cozy backyard where we even used the grill. A huge shout-out to Lipsy, as well. The check-in process was seamless. Her recommendations were spot-on, and communication was effortless. Would absolutely book again!
